High quality and punctuality of the delivery is guaranteed by the bakery shop receiving and executing your order.

The product quality and timeliness of service corresponds cake implementing the specific contract. All bakery shops in Go4Cake net try to fulfill the orders according to the customer's request, so when a problem occurs they make every effort to fix it. Each complaint is carefully analised. After explaining the problem, the given bakery shop offers a compensation for the mistake. If you don't get a solution/proposal that you agree with  Go4Cake will be happy to be your mediator.

Complaints concerning the delay of delivery have to be reported to the given bakery shop  in 24 hours after the expected delivey date. Other, within 7 days from the date of delivery. Bakery shop contact details can be found in the order.
